As a Distribution Team Lead at Properly Tied, you'll be integral in maintaining the high standards and efficiency of our warehouse operations. Reporting to the Director of Distribution, you'll ensure the seamless flow of products from creation to delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Inventory Management:
• Maintain accurate inventory levels to meet customer demand.
• Conduct regular cycle counts and audits for inventory accuracy.
• Order Fulfillment:
• Collaborate for timely and accurate order processing.
• Supervise picking, packing, and shipping processes to meet quality standards.
• Team Leadership:
• Provide leadership and support to warehouse staff for a positive work environment.
• Guide and motivate part-time fulfillment team members.
• Operational Efficiency:
• Identify process improvements and implement changes.
• Collaborate with the Director of Distribution for workflow optimization.
• Quality Control:
• Enforce rigorous quality control measures.
• Resolve quality issues promptly.
• Warehouse Management System (WMS):
• Learn and proficiently operate our Warehouse Management System.
• Training provided for effective WMS utilization.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in warehouse management or related field.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience overseeing teams.
• Passion for maintaining high product quality.
• Email and Microsoft Office experience.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Previous supervisory or managerial experience.
