Job Description:

Responsible for detailed technical tasks such as data mapping/file loads, technical configuration such as Clearing House Integration, EDI rules and general technical troubleshooting

Responsible for technical requirements elicitation and documentation

Bridge the gap between businesses and technical coworkers.

Communicate technical information/translating business requirements into technical plans and translating technical terms into business requirements and actions.

Communicate technical specifications to business management while communicating with technical teams a business's project needs.

Gathering feedbacks or responses from end users in order to continue improving systems effectively

Meeting and communicating with stakeholders in order to understand and meet their requirements. Review and prioritize the requirements and user stories in grooming sessions.

Responsible for ensuring high-quality Data mapping documents. Adept at writing mapping documents, Data transformation rules, and maintaining Data dictionary.

BRS walk-through: Work closely with Solutions architects, developers and QA's to ensure requirements and design are completely understood.

Responsible for business, solutions architect approvals to hand off the mapping documents and get sign off.

Ability to work with testing team and analyze defects and effectively handle communications

Create User stories in JIRA and review them with Project Manager, Technical Lead, Solutions architects, developers, and QA's.

Ability to create and review test cases, detailed test plans and test scenarios. Execution of test cases, logging of tickets in JIRA and tracking the same.

Write Medium to complex SQL queries to retrieve the data from Data warehouse for bringing information useful for end users.

Responsible for providing demo, getting frequent customer feedback, and discussing requirements and scope with end customer

Communicate with vendors to receive the test or prod file for research purposes and to understand the file layouts.
