Propelr is Hiring a Client Support Representative Near Wayne, PA

Overview

The Propelr Client Support Representative’s role is to establish, develop, and maintain a relationship between Propelr and its merchants and partners. The successful candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for all Propelr clients, from the onboarding process to being fully operational within the Propelr landscape. The candidate will also provide ongoing operational support for our clients. This is a hybrid role — the Client Support Representative will spend their time working remotely as well as on-site at our office in Wayne, PA.

Responsibilities

  • Understand the scope and details of Propelr’s agent and integrated sales channels and onboarding paths
  • Provide education, training, and assistance throughout the pre-sales process (application submission, system training, and support procedures)
  • Assist Propelr merchants and partners with the use of applicable systems, forms, and statements
  • Maintain ongoing knowledge and understanding of Propelr's products and platform partnerships
  • Act as the primary point of contact for merchant and partner issues via phone, email, and ticketing channels, owning the research and resolution of issues
  • Collaborate with internal and external vendors and partners to resolve merchant and sales partner issues while maintaining service levels

Qualifications

  • Detail-oriented: able to plan, coordinate, and work collaboratively across multiple priorities and tasks
  • Strong customer service, analytical, and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely with high quality phone etiquette; call center experience preferred
  • Ability to build and foster long-term relationships with merchants and sales partners

Education Experience

  • High School Diploma required, Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Minimum 1-2 years of customer service experience
  • Demonstrated knowledge of credit card processing and merchant services workflows
  • Experience with PC and MS Office suite
  • Previous experience with a ticket-based system and customer resource management (CRM) database
