Duties and responsibilities:
- Build, lead and supervise Propels ABA program
- Build and customize parent training and support programs
- Provide field and/or virtual supervision for Behavior Technicians
- Provide support, training and mentorship for Behavior Technicians
- Develop, manage, and oversee progress reports and treatment plans via Central Reach
- Meet payor requirements and submission deadlines
- Lead the growth of Propels ABA Program through hiring and client onboarding
- Support referral building
What You'll Need:
- Masters Degree in Applied Behavioral Analysis, Psychology, or a related field
- Valid BCBA Certification
- Applicable licensure to practice within Georgia (Preferred)
- 1 years experience as a BCBA
- Strong leadership skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills
