In this role, you'll play a pivotal role in connecting veterinary practices with top-tier talent, all while building ProPartners' brand awareness and amplifying our voice in the digital space.

So, what will you be doing?

• Lead the Way for DVM Connect: Collaborate with veterinary practices to identify their clinic strengths, craft compelling job ads, and leverage social media platforms (think LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and Indeed) to find the perfect candidates.
• Content Creation: Craft engaging social media content showcasing ProPartners' expertise, the benefits of DVMConnect, and ProPartners' additional service offerings. From eye-catching visuals to informative posts, we want to grow our online following and presence!
• Data-Driven Decisions: Utilize social media analytics and stay on top of industry trends to inform our social media strategy and ensure we're always hitting the right note with our audience.
• Team Player Extraordinaire: Work alongside our talented marketing team to ensure all social media efforts align seamlessly with our broader marketing goals.

Skills

• Proficient in social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in content creation, photography, and video production

• Knowledge of digital marketing principles and techniques

• Ability to conduct research and analyze data to inform strategy
• Familiarity with social media marketing tools (we use Canva and Social Pilot
• Understanding of basic public relations concepts
• Proficiency in Google Analytics or similar analytics tools
