Responsibilities :
- Oversee all aspects of plant manufacturing operations, including inventory control, loss prevention, production management, scheduling, and safety compliance
- Ensure adherence to all safety regulations and company policies
- Manage a team of over 10 employees, providing coaching, motivation, and performance feedback
- Coordinate production schedules to meet customer demand efficiently
- Maintain accurate inventory records and implement strategies to minimize loss
- Oversee routine maintenance of the plant's fleet vehicles
Qualifications :
- Extensive experience in a manufacturing environment (5 years)
- Proven track record of safety leadership and a commitment to a zero-incident workplace
- In-depth knowledge of safety regulations and compliance procedures
- Strong understanding of inventory management principles
- Experience in fleet maintenance a plus
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
