DUTIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES:

$85k plus $20k in quarterly incentives available if KPI’s are met.

Monday - Friday

· Perform to all measurable objectives associated with respective personnel i.e. the Operations Coordinator, Quality Assurance, Inventory Control, Production, Sanitation, Receiving/Quality Control, and AM Shipping.

· Deliver a SAFE, fully-replenished, clean, well-organized, and ready-to-ship warehouse to the PM Operations Team at the close of each day

· Adhere to all Employee Safety, cold-chain management, food safety, compliance and/or regulatory requirements

· Develop, maintain, and apply a comprehensive knowledge of all associated technologies

· Manage assigned tasks associated with 3rdParty audits, facility maintenance, and material handling equipment

· Ensure direct reports are well informed, cross-trained, and positioned for success at all times

· Coordinate and manage efforts to minimize expense, eliminate damage and prevent errors.

· Perform administrative tasks to ensure the proper and timely completion of paperwork i.e. time/wage auditing, receiving documentation, scheduling and other required documentation.

· Perform additional duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

· High School Diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.)

· At least 2 years of warehouse experience preferred

· Supervisory/ management experience

· Food service and/or manufacturing experience preferred

· Ability to read and interpret rules/guidelines

· Good computer skills; ability to learn internal applications

· Able to work in extreme temperatures (cold and hot)
