We are looking for a Pawn Broker to join our team. We will train the ideal candidate to have a strong knowledge of the pawn industry, including the ability to evaluate and appraise items, negotiate prices, and provide excellent customer service. The successful candidate will also be able to assess the risk of each loan and have a keen eye for detail. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who is passionate about the pawn industry and wants to make a difference in their community. You must also be able to pass a background check.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate the value of items brought in for sale or loan.
• Process paperwork and transactions related to loans and sales.
• Maintain accurate records of all transactions.
• Provide customer service to customers in person and over the phone.
