Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Route Brand Representative to join our team. As a Route Brand Representative, you will play a crucial role in representing our brand and promoting our products within a designated territory spanning up to 100 to 200 miles around the Philadelphia area. You will be responsible for building relationships with our clients, ensuring our products are effectively merchandised, and driving sales growth within your assigned route.

*Your own vehicle is required. Travel expenses(gas, toll & parking) are fully reimbursed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year

Responsibilities:

• Restock vending and coin-op machines on a regular schedule.
• Implement planograms to optimize product placement and drive sales.
• Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions, sales opportunities, and market trends.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients along your route, ensuring our products are prominently displayed and effectively merchandised.
• Utilize sales techniques to promote additional products and services.
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed..
• Keep accurate records of machine transactions and inventory levels.
• Conduct product demonstrations and samplings to showcase the features and benefits of our offerings to potential customers..

Requirements:

• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation (own vehicle required- travel reimbursed).
• Ability to travel extensively within a 100 to 200 mile territory.
• Prior experience in customer service, merchandising and/or sales preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Experience with CRM systems and planogram implementation preferred
