Our FLOW's are the people who provide fun and meaningful activities, assist in cooking and eating healthy meals, and tuck our residents in at night.

We currently have an opportunity available at our beautiful residential homes in El Cajon, Lakeside and Ramona. Whether you're seeking a full-time position or prefer working on weekends only, we have options for you.

This is a very unique position!

The days and hours are:

Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday - 2:30 pm to 8:30 pm and every other weekend from 7:00am to 8:30pm.

OR

Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday- 2:30 pm to 8:30 pm and every other weekend from 7:00am to 8:30pm.

That's right, overtime is already built in!!!
