Responsibilities:
Job Summary:
The Director of Digital Marketing and Member Engagement will play a crucial role in driving the organization's digital strategy to enhance patient engagement and overall healthcare experiences. This leadership position requires a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of digital technologies, a strategic mindset, and a passion for leveraging technology to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction within a value-based care framework.
The Director of Digital Marketing and Member Engagement will need to provide the structure and framework to priorities the High Value Activities that tie to the Marketing Measure of Success and the Organizational Measure of Success. Areas of focus for the director will be digital brand management, digital strategic communication, paid digital advertising and lead generation, system and data enablement, and content creation. The director will need to balance competing priorities and balance the need to build vs. produce.
  • Digital Strategist for member communication
  • Brand design and translator
  • Regulator of brand strategy and release
  • KPI driven leader with prioritization of marketing efforts around company measures of success
Qualifications:
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Experience with regulatory agencies such as CMS
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Advertising, Marketing, Public Relations or Journalism, is required.
  • Master’s Degree preferred
  • Seven years leadership experience in health plan marketing and marketing knowledge of commercial, exchange and Medicare Advantage products required, preferably in a multi-state health plan.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of current CMS marketing regulations as it relates to Medicare Advantage and Exchange products.
  • Ability to effectively communicate in English, both verbally and in writing.
  • Experience with State regulations pertaining to marketing of health plan products, and ability to quickly learn specific requirements for the States with Prominence offerings.
  • Verifiable experience with digital marketing channels and social media.
  • Ability to quantify and demonstrate contributions made to successful marketing campaigns.
  • Ability to successfully manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment with tight turnaround times.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet regulatory requirements on a consistent basis.
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully function in a matrixed environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Desire and capability to participate in a team of highly qualified professionals.
  • Conceptual and strategic thinker as well as detail-oriented tactical executioner.
  • Interest in mentoring other staff members.
  • Desire and capability to be up-to-date on marketing trends and techniques
  • Highly self-motivated, requiring little supervision.
