Candidate must be open to flexible scheduling.This is strictly a part-time position and will remain 20-25 hours per week, with an expectation to work more hours if needed.Schedules are available 2 weeks in advance.RESPONSIBILITIES:Maintain and apply expert knowledge of test center policies, practices, and proceduresGreet examinees and verify identificationPerform required security checks including the use of wandsContinuously monitor candidates as they complete examsReport and resolve candidate issues with urgency Maintain a secure environment and materials in the test center at all timesEnsure every candidate receives a fair and comfortable testing experienceReport any occurrences outside company guidelinesAbility to be flexible with scheduling based on Prometric days of operations Represent Prometric's vision, mission, and valuesSafeguard the test center from misconductIf applicable, digitally scan and record the candidate's fingerprint identification Successful completion of the Test Center Administrator Certification Test. This test must be passed within 3 weeks of your start date with Prometric.QUALIFICATIONS:EDUCATION:High school diploma or equivalent requiredCollege experience a plusEXPERIENCE:Minimum of one year of customer service experience required, in person (call center, retail, restaurant, etc.)You must be 18 years of age to qualifySKILLS:Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with candidates and coworkersAbility to write detailed and accurate reports and correspondenceAbility to multi-task and handle small tools, pack equipment for shipping, or unpack for installationFamiliar with Microsoft Windows-based computer programs and applications (including but not limited to MS Office, Outlook, and Explorer web browsing)PHYSICAL JOB REQUIREMENTSMust be able to bend, stoop, and lift up to 40 poundsAbility to remain in a stationary position for extended periods while administering examsAbility to physically move through the test room every 8-10 minutes and escort candidates to and from the testing room Visual requirements include the ability to adjust or focus computer screens and view the testing room through camera monitors while proctoring the examAbility to maintain computers in the lab and office setting, by physically maneuvering in tight spaces, while maintaining safety protocols
