Activity Assistant full-time/part-time with flexibility!

Summary: The Activity Assistant engages our senior residents in creative programing to develop and maintain their pyscho-social, spritual and physical well-being. She/he treats each resident with dignity and respect, recognizes individual needs and promotes independence. The Activty Assistant fosters a homelike atmosphere throughout the residence at all times.

Qualifications

• Creative, artistic, theatrical and/or musically inclined.
• Minimum of one-year experience in home health, assisted living or long-term care
• Possess the ability to read, write and communicate effectively in English
• May require lifting or bending. Must be able to lift 25-35 pounds
• One Weekend shift required
