Plans, develops, and provides high quality, effective wellness nutritional services, including: lectures, demonstrations, lunch and learns, and media presentations. Designs and implements program/service evaluation tools. Reviews program evaluations and redesigns services based on results.

• Provides wellness counseling on health risk assessment and biometric screenings results. Provides patient instructions on appropriate practices to follow.
• Investigates and assists in the implementation of nutritional wellness best practices.
• Performs biometric screenings including: height, weight, waist/hip measurements, BMI, body composition, blood pressure and heel bone densitometry. Performs point-of-care testing including glucose and cholesterol screenings.
• Serves as a role model for wellness by participating in employee wellness program activities and demonstrating positive health behaviors.
• Provides wellness coaching, as trained.
• Provides nutritional counseling to community members, employees, as well as contractual partners, on an as needed basis.
• Performs other job duties, as assigned.

• Education: Must have a Bachelor's Degree
• Skills: Must be trained in CPR and First Aid, Public speaking skills, 
• Computer skills: competent in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and Power Point.
• Years of Experience: One year of experience preferred.
• License: Must be Licensed in the State of Ohio and maintain National Registration.
