As the Food Service Coordinator you oversee day to day activities and personnel within the Dietary department for the facility. Supervises Cook(s) and Food Service Assistants providing necessary direction and creating assigned schedules to successfully deliver overall services from the department. Because you are always in contact with residents and families, and to guarantee their satisfaction, this position requires tact, sensitivity and professionalism.

Job Requirements:Education: High School Diploma
Skills: Must be able to follow standardized recipes. Must be able to read, write, and speak the English language in an understandable manner
Years of Experience: Previous food service experience preferred
License: N/A
Certification: Food Service Sanitation Certificate as per State/Local requirements
Physical Demands: Ability to push/pull objects and lift/carry up to 50 pounds unassisted on a frequent basis. Ability to stand for prolonged period of time. Sits, stands, bends, lifts, and moves during working hours.
