Dynamic individuals for Part-TIme position
Monday- Wednesday 8 AM - 4:30 PM. Must be adept at managing a high volume of incoming calls, with an average of 1000 daily and up to 1800 on Mondays.
*Key Responsibilities- Incoming calls, handling billing inquiries, concerns, disputes, rebills, insurance issues, and processing payments.
*Skills Required- Proficiency in interpreting and explaining Explanation of Benefits (EOB), and a willingness to undergo and pass Epic EMR
training. Customer Service
*Orientation: The first week includes in-office orientation and equipment collection, ensuring a smooth start, so that the candidate can work
from home in a remote environment.
*Home Office Setup: Candidates must maintain a quiet home workstation, as all calls are recorded for quality assurance.
*Internet Requirement: A fast and reliable internet connection is essential for seamless communication.
*Training: Comprehensive remote training spanning approximately one month is mandatory, with no absences permitted to ensure
full preparedness. For the Part time Role you will train a full month, prior to changing to your Monday- Wednesday schedule.
