We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Field Service Engineer to join our dynamic team at Promaxo. As a Service Engineer, you will play a crucial role in providing remote/onsite technical support and assistance in the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of our state-of-the-art medical imaging equipment
Key Responsibilities

• Installation and Maintenance: Assist in the installation and commissioning of Promaxo's medical imaging systems at customer sites. Conduct routine maintenance and calibration to ensure optimal equipment performance and reliability.
• Technical Support: Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely technical support via phone, email, or on-site visits. Troubleshoot and resolve issues with equipment to minimize downtime and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Training: Conduct training sessions for customers and end-users on the proper usage, functionality, and maintenance of Promaxo's products.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of service activities, equipment status, and customer interactions in the company's database. Prepare detailed service reports for internal and external reference.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the engineering and product development teams to relay customer feedback and contribute to product improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• 0-2 years of relevant experience in servicing medical imaging equipment or similar technical support roles preferred.
• Knowledge of medical imaging systems, medical device regulations, and basic electronics.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and internal teams.
• Willingness to travel (50%) to customer sites for installations and service visits.
