Accurately enter data from paperwork into the company database multiple times per shift.

• Assist in the inspection of inbound and outbound vehicles, and the inspection of ingredients and packaging materials.

• Collect samples and perform allergen testing on raw ingredients.

• Complete regular inspections and data entry on packaged finished goods.

• Complete daily Food Safety activities including but not limited to operational checks, calibration checks, GMPs, verification of cleaning activities, sample collection, etc.

• Assist and reinforce food safety and quality practices and standards including GMPs, Food Defense, Sanitation, Allergen Controls and HACCP/Food Safety.

• Ensure warehouse departments conform with good documentation practices (GDPs) and maintain good record keeping practices as per regulatory requirements, industry standards and company expectations.

• Work with the management team to implement and improve the food safety and quality system.

Shift:

1st Shift (Monday-Thursday 6am-4pm) $18/hr

2nd shift (Monday-Thursday 2pm-12am) $19/hr

4th shift (Friday-Sunday 7am-7pm $20/hr
