PROMAN Staffing has partnered with a well-known Logistics company located in Bensenville, IL We are now hiring Revenue Care Specialist who are team players, versatile, and dependable!

Revenue Care Specialist position description:

• $18 - 23/ HR BOE
• After initial training start time is flexible but must start between 7am and 9 am
• Monday - Friday
• Temp to hire.
• 1 remote day per week.
• Process orders and ship on a timely basis. Interact with customers to provide information in response to inquires about products and services and to handle and resolve complaints.

Customer Service Rep Qualifications

• Proficient with MS Windows, Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Communicate clearly and effectively both written and in speech.
• Responsible for accurately issuing and distributing a high volume of invoices based on customer specific rates or spot quotation.
• Collaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure that all incoming costs are accounted for, all billable activities are invoiced in line with customer specific rates, and that all required back-up documents and approvals are in place.
• Audit incoming charges from overseas KN offices and outside vendors for accuracy. Address and resolve any disputes or discrepancies to protect costs.
• Work closely with KN’s internal credit department to investigate and resolve customer issues, disputes, short paid invoices, or unpaid invoices to reduce bad debt.
• Review files to confirm accuracy for month end close.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
