Proman Staffing of Lincolnton, NC is currently looking for Packers on 2nd and 3rd shift in Lincolnton, NC! If you are a well-rounded candidate, we encourage you to apply!

We are now hiring Packers who are team players, versatile, and dependable!

Packers Job Summary

  • 2nd shift 2:10PM – 10:10PM at $18.70/hr
  • 3rd shift 10PM – 6AM at $18.85/hr
  • Monday thru Friday
  • Must train from 5:50AM – 2:20PM at $18/hr
  • Complete final packaging record documentation accurately
  • Must perform filling and packaging inspection duties
  • Perform line startup/clean up procedures
  • Perform filling and packaging operation
  • Verify line clearance, bulk product, and literature

Packers Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Demonstrated the ability to operate multiple lines
  • Must be able to pass a math test with decimals
  • Ability to withstand repetitive work
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time with a moderate amount of bending and/or stretching
  • Ability to lift up to and including 25lbs on a regular basis and up to 40lbs on occasion
  • Exceptional attention to detail
