PROMAN Staffing is on the hunt for an Evening Industrial Maintenance / Millwright Technician! Located in Fredericktown, MO This is a Mon- Fri 3 : 30pm - 11pm position.

Some weekends are required.

Pay ranges from $23 - $28 hourly. DescriptionMachine center troubleshooting, repair, assembly, preventative and predictive maintenance;

align, repair, or replace chains, belt conveyors, gear boxes, and drive chains, hydraulics and pneumatics, welding and or cutting, and use of power tools.

Knowledge or electrical systems including three phase electrical power is a plus. Full-time benefit eligible position in a growing sawmill and pallet manufacturing operation.

Must possess good physical endurance, strong troubleshooting skills, excellent planning, and organization skills. Physical requirements include standing, climbing, bending, and lifting occasionally up to 50lbs or more.

Applicant must be able to work alone and as a team and be able to work well in a multi-tasking, fast paced environment. Strong leadership qualities are a plus.

Excellent communication skills, proven human relation skills, and follow -up are required. Relevant training / exposure in industrial maintenance and production equipment required.
