Job Overview :

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our team. The Human Resources Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the HR department with various administrative tasks and projects.

Responsibilities :

  • Assist with employee onboarding and orientation processes
  • Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HRIS systems such as Oracle and Ceridian
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews for talent acquisition efforts
  • Assist with workers' compensation claims and related documentation
  • Support HR team with various administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and document preparation
  • Assist with HR projects such as employee engagement initiatives, performance management, and strategic planning
  • Provide support in organizing company events and employee recognition programs
  • Help maintain compliance with employment laws and regulations

Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
  • 1 years of experience in an HR administrative role or similar position
  • Knowledge of HRIS systems such as Oracle, Dayforce, or Ceridian
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively
  • Strong project management skills
