We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our team. The Human Resources Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the HR department with various administrative tasks and projects.

Responsibilities :
- Assist with employee onboarding and orientation processes
- Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HRIS systems such as Oracle and Ceridian
- Coordinate and schedule interviews for talent acquisition efforts
- Assist with workers' compensation claims and related documentation
- Support HR team with various administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and document preparation
- Assist with HR projects such as employee engagement initiatives, performance management, and strategic planning
- Provide support in organizing company events and employee recognition programs
- Help maintain compliance with employment laws and regulations
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
- 1 years of experience in an HR administrative role or similar position
- Knowledge of HRIS systems such as Oracle, Dayforce, or Ceridian
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively
- Strong project management skills
