is seeking an Aftermarket Service Coordinator to join our team! In this role, you will be tasked with providing 5-star customer service and administrative support for the Service Department including the scheduling of Field Service Technicians, planning travel, reconciling trip reports, conducting follow-up reviews and routing incoming service requests.

Requirements :

• Schedules and coordinates activities, including travel arrangements, of service or technical personnel via personnel assignments, job or project management, administration and technical support.
• Achieve and maintain a positive rapport with customers in order to update them of their critical job status within specific timeframes.
• Schedule preventative maintenance, installations, and emergency calls while prioritizing the work as appropriate in any given day.
• Responsible for ordering parts and expediting orders and monitoring daily progress of job(s) or project(s).
• Build internal and external customer relationship of Service Department by providing solution-oriented communication and service.
• Prepare special reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and trends.
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Desired Requirements :

• Computer skills and knowledge of MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, and Excel)
• Ability to organize and manage time effectively while prioritizing workload with limited supervision.
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to cope with multiple tasks, priorities, deadlines and frequent interruptions
• Ability to work overtime if needed
