Lofton Label is seeking a new 2nd Shift Digital Press Operator based out of our facility in Inver Grove Heights, MN. In this role, you will operate a high-tech H.P. Indigo digital press to produce high-quality prints for our customers. 2nd Shift - Monday - Thursday 3:25pm-1:55am

• Utilize the Digital Press for the production of top-notch prints.
• Execute tasks promptly and efficiently.
• Validate the precision of graphics, quantity, materials, and colors in the copy.
• Regularly examine and maintain press components, promptly reporting any repair or maintenance requirements.
• Comply with safety protocols when operating the digital press and finishing equipment.
• Ensure a meticulously clean and organized workspace.

• Visual ability to inspect plates and labels
• Color matching on press and with Spectrodensitometer
• Able to move up to 40lbs. stock rolls (approximately 10% of time)
• Production, shop job-standing required 100% of time.
• Able to read and interpret written information
• Able to deal with frequent change, delays, or unexpected events
