Responsibilities:

- Conduct patient assessments to determine individual needs and develop personalized treatment plans
- Implement therapeutic activities and exercises to improve patients' physical and mental well-being
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients
- Maintain detailed and accurate patient records
- Provide education to patients and their families on treatment plans and home exercises

Skills:

- Strong knowledge of occupational health principles
- Proficiency in medical terminology
- Experience working with pediatric patients is a plus
- Excellent patient care and service skills
- Familiarity with medical imaging techniques
- Ability to perform case management effectively
- Experience in critical care settings, including ICU, is beneficial
- Understanding of geriatric care practices
