Registered Nurse - Neuro ICU

Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care in the ICU setting, ensuring the highest level of quality and safety
- Monitor and assess patients' conditions, including vital signs, lab results, and symptoms
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Perform procedures such as catheterization, wound care, and administration of intravenous medications
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Educate patients and their families on disease management, treatment options, and post-discharge care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
- Adhere to infection control protocols and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations

Requirements:
- Valid RN license in the state of
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an ICU setting
- Strong knowledge of critical care nursing practices and procedures
- Ability to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment
- Proficient in using electronic medical record systems
