Experience: Previous experience in caring for the mentally disordered and or acutely ill, preferred with a focus on crisis intervention and rapid stabilization. Preferred expertise in age-specific competencies, mental health disorders, and chemical dependency.

Licensure and Certification: [Preferred] Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) Current Basic Life Support (BLS) provider card Management of Assaultive Behavior (MAB)

Duties:
- Provide clinical counseling and therapy services to individuals, families, and groups
- Conduct diagnostic evaluations to assess mental health conditions and develop treatment plans
- Offer crisis intervention and support to clients in need
- Implement evidence-based interventions such as behavioral therapy and cognitive-behavioral therapy
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and ensure comprehensive treatment
- Engage in case management activities, including referrals, advocacy, and resource coordination
- Collect and analyze data to monitor client progress and evaluate treatment effectiveness
