Job Summary :
We are looking for a skilled and versatile Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team. As an
Industrial Maintenance Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation and
upkeep of our industrial machinery and equipment. Your technical expertise and problem-solving
abilities will be essential in diagnosing and resolving mechanical and electrical issues. The ideal
candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work effectively
in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities :
- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on industrial machinery and equipment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic system issues.
- Perform repairs and replacements of faulty components and parts.
- Calibrate and adjust machinery to ensure optimal performance.
- Install new machinery and equipment as needed.
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to address maintenance-related concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment status.
- Comply with safety regulations and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency enhancements.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements :
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Proven experience as an Industrial Maintenance Technician or in a similar role.
- Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude.
- Knowledge of industrial machinery and equipment maintenance.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Physical ability to lift and handle heavy machinery and equipment.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a team.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and respond to maintenance emergencies.
- Additional technical certifications or training in industrial maintenance is a plus.
