Responsibilities:
This role involves providing administrative and operational support for facilities, stations, maintenance divisions within over 1000 employees.
Responsibilities include assisting in enterprise asset management (EAM), handling work orders, project planning, audits, compliance work, and improving data quality in the EAM system.
The position also involves performance management, including maintenance project goals, implementing cost-saving preventive and predictive maintenance programs, and developing new Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Reporting to senior management, the role oversees various maintenance initiatives, such as station maintenance, LED conversation programs, cost savings and special projects. Additionally, it involves supporting HR functions and assisting with financial tracking and analysis.
Ideal candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or a related field, with strong analytical and communication skills.
Experience in transportation, particularly in the railroad industry, is beneficial.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint, is required, along with the ability to translate business requirements into Dashboards and Reporting.
Strong problem-solving skills, the ability to work well under pressure, prioritize tasks, and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization are essential.
