Position Overview:
We are needing someone to start ASAP. As a General Laborer at our family-owned construction company, you will be an integral part of our team, supporting various aspects of construction projects. From assisting skilled tradespeople to ensuring our job sites are clean and safe, your hard work and dedication will contribute to the success of our projects and the satisfaction of our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist with the setup and cleanup of job sites, including loading and unloading materials, tools, and equipment.
2. Perform general construction tasks such as digging trenches, moving materials, and operating hand and power tools.
3. Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety and efficiency.
4. Follow company safety protocols and procedures at all times.
5. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure that work is completed according to specifications and timelines.
6. Demonstrate a positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills and techniques.
Qualifications:
1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Must have Valid Drivers License and own transportation to get to and from job sites.
3. Previous verifiable experience in construction or a related field required.
4. Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks in all weather conditions.
5. Strong work ethic and willingness to go above and beyond to meet project goals.
6. Basic understanding of construction tools and equipment.
7. Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
8. Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures is a plus.
Pay based on experience starting at $400 per week- More experience means higher pay
