Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Sandblaster to join our team. As a Sandblaster, you will be responsible for using specialized equipment to remove paint, rust, and other debris from surfaces. Your attention to detail and ability to work with precision will be crucial in ensuring high-quality results.

Responsibilities:
- Operate sandblasting equipment to clean and prepare surfaces for powder coating or refinishing.
- Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate protective gear at all times.
- Remove old paint, rust, and other contaminants from surfaces using the sandblasting process.
- Inspect surfaces after sandblasting to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Maintain and clean sandblasting equipment to ensure proper functioning.
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate workflow and meet project deadlines

Requirements:
- Experience as a Sandblaster or similar role preferred but not necessary.
- Proficient in using power tools and hand tools (tools provided).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects as required.

Pay starts at $17 p/h DOE, Referral program (commission), OT and paid holidays after 90 days.

Must speak English, have reliable transportation and eligible for work in the US.

Schedule 7am-4pm (1hr lunch)

Weekends optional.
