Project Resources Group, Inc is Hiring a Damage Field Investigator Near Cocoa, FL

Project Resources Group’s (PRG) Outside Plant Damage (OPD) department is looking to fill a new role for Director on the cable and telecom side. This is an executive-level position that will report directly to the senior director of OPD with the field teams for the four regions and that portion of the org chart reporting up to them. The home location for the role is negotiable.

Looking for someone with impeccable writing, organizational, and communications skills. A track record of an analytical approach to their work, a rapport with the client, and the ability to create successful client relationships that drive the business and production forward will be needed. An understanding of the financial aspect of the role and budgeting is critical. Lastly, a track record of hiring effectively and managing the growth of both internal resources and the bottom line with creative problem solving and bridging the gap with other departments and employees will be crucial to the success of this role. This is a heavy travel position.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Direct and manage all aspects of the four field regions nationwide for OPD, including budget development, the field investigation process and training, client relations, and process development and implementation
  • Work directly with the leaders of the Recovery and Operations teams to further grow and streamline the program and adjust and develop new processes as needed
  • Work directly with the Director of Business Development to identify and procure new lines of business
  • Work with the Sr. Director on budgeting and forecasting, client development, and driving overall program growth through existing and new processes and pathways
  • Foster PRG’s reputation and visibility with all clients and manage those relationships
  • Drive maximization of revenue through workflow metrics, client system integration needs, database flow, reporting and analytics, and daily field practices
  • QC all aspects of the daily field process to continue the evolution of consistent and streamlined business practices, and manage resources to produce the most efficient effective placement and workflow of the team across the footprint

Skillset:

  • Knowledge of cable and telephony costing and general construction practices for repairs in the field is ideal
  • Proven ability to manage a large team effectively and create vertical growth and individual career paths within an organization
  • Track record of outstanding communications and interpersonal skills as well as an ability to lead new initiatives with peers and clients
  • Knowledge of the OPD program from front to back
  • Exemplary computer, writing, and verbal skills
  • Ability to handle heavy travel and adapt the approach to fit different client needs and geographic norms
  • Outstanding mathematical and analytical skills
  • P&L management
  • Exemplary writing skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $48,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
