Job Overview

We are hiring someone that will be our Brand Ambassador for our current clients. Job duties include, but are not limited to:

• Calling current customers and setting up training sessions with one of our customer success reps
• Calling current customers to check in and see how things are going
• Calling current customers to let them know their annual renewal is coming up
• If people have questions, your email address and your phone number will be the one they call.
• You will answer questions from our current customers when they ask quesitons using our knowledge base, online platform.

You will be working with our customers and be the face of the company. Some of them will be using Project Map It and loving every bit of our product; some will not be using our product the way they should and you will have to talk them up and learn how to get them to want to stay as a PMI customer.

Being only the 5th hire in the company, there is room to grow into other positions.

Bonus Opportunities - For every yearly customers that renews for a new review, you will get a $25 bonus. We currently have 300 annual renewal customers and growing.
