At Project LeanNation, we seek individuals who not only understand our mission but are also ready to lead it by example. The Key Lead of Community Engagement & Sales plays a pivotal role on the Store Leadership Team, where your primary goals are to serve as a liaison between Project LeanNation Ballantyne and the South Charlotte community and drive growth. This includes, building and deepening relationships with community partners, engaging with prospective customers and members, and providing education on the products, community, and culture of PLN.
Key Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities will include:
Embracing and championing the PLN culture, philosophy, and vision - a vision focused on enhancing the overall health and nutritional wisdom in our communities.
Creating and leading (or delegating the conducting of) 20 marketing events per month, including community outreach events, business drop-offs, community workouts, and in-store events.
Sales tasks, including customer service, management of sales operations, training of sales representatives, and maintaining relationships with clients and community partners
Participating in store operations in order to be well-versed in the PLN experience, including conducting PLN’s signature Lean Consultation, engaging with prospects and members, and operating the retail floor.
Execute additional projects, duties, and assignments as directed by the Store Manager and Assistant Manager
Qualifications and Requirements:

Are fitness enthusiasts or professionals, have a passion for their community, and/or want to transform lives through health and wellness.
Have proven experience, in sales, customer service, or a related field
Thrive and work effectively both independently and within a team
Have an outgoing personality, strong communication skills, and a high level of professionalism
Are willing to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Eligibility
Must be legally authorized to work in the country in which the store is located
Must be 18 years of age or older
Must have proof of the Right to Work and evidence relating to associated local legislative requirements (EMEA only)
Must have the ability to travel to assigned store with own transportation methods
Other Willingness Requirements
Willing to work in an environment with bright lights and loud music
Willing to move through a store for most of a shift to help guests and accomplish work
Willing to move boxes weighing up to 30 lbs (13.6 kg)
Willing to work in a walk-in freezer
