We are seeking enthusiastic and committed interns to join our team of dedicated professionals providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to clients diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). As an intern in our clinic, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a supportive and collaborative environment while positively impacting our clients' lives.

Responsibilities:

1. Assist Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in implementing individualized treatment plans for clients with ASD.
2. Provide support during therapy sessions, including modeling appropriate behaviors, reinforcing positive behaviors, and collecting data on client progress.
3. Participate in the development and preparation of materials for therapy sessions, such as visual aids, social stories, and reinforcement systems.
4. Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and effective implementation of treatment plans across settings.

Qualifications:

1. Current enrollment in a 4-year undergraduate or master's degree program in psychology, education, or a related field.
2. Strong interest in working with individuals with ASD and a commitment to providing compassionate, evidence-based care.
3. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
4. Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team of professionals and clients.
5. Flexibility to adapt to the unique needs and challenges of each client and therapy setting.
6. Prior experience working with individuals with ASD or in a related field is preferred but not required.
