Job Summary: Assistant Property Manager works closely with the Property Manager, tenants, and others to oversee all aspects of the building operations. They are responsible for assisting with administrative and organizational duties, liaising with residents, facility maintenance, collecting rent, leasing of the building, marketing, and processing tenant move-ins and move-outs. This position requires troubleshooting property and resident related issues. Duties are to be discharged in an independent manner, with attention to detail, accuracy, and a high level of professionalism with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
