Project for Pride in Living, Inc. (PPL) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering low-income people to become self-reliant through integrated services. About Our Team:
The Resident Services teamprovides transformative affordable housing and elevates the voices of thecommunities we serve that are disproportionately affected by systemicinequities. PPL provides 1,600 housing units and serves nearly 13,000 peopleannually in the Twin Cities, aiding in long-term stable housing so that ourcommunity can live their best lives. PPL integrates race equityorganization-wide through multiple strategies and systems change initiatives.
Job Summary:
Resident Services Apprenticeship provides person-centeredservices and builds relationships with individuals and families living at oneof our housing locations. You will work with residents to maintain long-term housingstability by providing direct services, resources, and community-building activitiesin support of the Family and Youth Coordinators. Apprentices maintain anaverage caseload of 8 Housing Support participants and serve additional affordable housing residents as needs arise.
