Consor is currently looking for a Practice Leader for our Drainage/H&H group in our East Region. As a dynamic and growing engineering consulting firm, Consor is full of opportunities for career development. The Practice Leader is responsible for the success of their department. Helps develop new projects and meets the project objectives, on time, within budget and at an appropriate level of quality. Ensures resources used are consistent with the project scope and in compliance with laws, rules, regulations and procedures.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Management of drainage/H&H, water resources related projects
• Maximize the client relationship through quality work and relationship building
• Identify and engage in new opportunities for projects and programs withing drainage/H&H projects and support those tasks on larger related projects
• Be a technical expert/resource and mentor for East (and potentially beyond) for Drainage and H&H
• Provide direct supervision of staff members.
• Mentor/guide team member growth, provide guidance on inspections, review their overall quality and performance, provide honest assessment of team member performance.

Required Credentials

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering
• P.E. license
• Natural leader willing to champion a team of engineers and technicians
• Talents in project management, including familiarity with design software
• 10 years of experience in Drainage/H&H Engineering
