PCG is searching for an experienced Financial Services Project Manager to manage and coordinate all aspects of a large project.

Our ideal candidate possesses:

  • Superior time management, leadership and communication skills.
  • Background in one or more of the following: Brokerage, Annuities, Compensation, Managed Accounts, Mutual Funds, FINRA Series, IRA's, 401k.
  • Competent in adapting to changing environment and ambiguous situations.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Lead project teams and managing all activities in a project life-cycle associated with high visibility projects that are long-term, across one or more lines of business and carry a substantial impact to the relevant businesses.
  • Interact with senior leadership and stakeholders to establish strategic plans and objectives for programs or projects.
  • Consult with business partners to clarify and define complex project requirements, budgets and business cases, including statements of work.
  • Create and deliver presentations on program or project goals and plans, including progress reports.
  • Responsible for end-to-end program or project management, demonstrating ownership of the entire process.
  • Develop and implement program and project level processes, procedures and performance metrics.
  • Maintain full awareness of project statuses, assigned resources, issues and budget implications
  • Analyze project performance, complete cost benefit analysis and recommend optimal solutions
  • Ensure program/project-related risks are managed according to the Project Management Policy.
  • Lead project staff, including training and providing input to performance evaluations.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business or related field.
  • 10 years of experience in project management.
  • Ability to directly manage other team members.
  • Problem solving skills.
  • PMP Certification preferred.

Please Note:

  • This is a 40 an hour week role that includes benefits. Candidates must be eligible to work as an employee of PCG.
  • This position includes a competitive compensation package which includes salary, hourly compensation and full benefits.
