Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

• JD Google Dialog Flow Developer, Experience in chatbot development.

• Core Experience in Google Dialog Flow development in CX

• Experience in Jira

• Experience on GDF integration with Google CCAI platform agent, schedule, queues configuration and GDF with Back end applications integration

• Contact center IVR Development and experience will be added advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $93,041.38 - $110,049.83 per year
