PROHOME is Hiring a Director of Finance (FT) Near Wichita, KS

ProHome, LLC seeks an experienced Director of Finance to develop, lead & support a small team in Wichita, KS. As a key member of the leadership team, the Director of Finance will use their subject matter expertise to support our continued growth by providing leadership, forward-thinking financial analysis, financial strategy, risk management, and overall management of the company’s financial operations and budget.
Performance responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
  • Provide financial oversight by creating plans that align with company objectives and fulfill corporate governance.
  • Oversee and manage the day-to-day financial operations.
  • Develop and manage a small finance team, providing growth and career development opportunities.
  • Oversee the accounting department to ensure proper maintenance of all accounting systems and functions.
  • Coordinate audits and proper filing of tax returns.
  • Ensure legal and regulatory compliance regarding all financial functions.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the business, provide meaningful insights and actionable recommendations for critical business decision making.
  • Develop key metrics and financial management reporting, e.g., financial goals, financial performance & net revenue retention to measure & report the health of the business.
  • Develop key highlights/KPIs to drive business performance and track growth initiatives.
  • Develop and enhance business and product analytics and metrics to support business strategies and decision making to drive improved financial outcomes.
  • Collaborate with team leaders and executives.
  • Deliver world class service and execute on all required deliverables and objectives.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics, or another relevant field.
  • 5 years in a related financial management role.
  • CPA qualification preferred.
  • Experience in managing and developing a team.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft products.
  • Previous experience generating and managing financial reporting.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement successful strategic long-range plans.
  • Driven to achieve results and be accountable for outcomes.
  • Strong initiative to establish processes and set goals, coupled with a competitive drive and the ability to stay focused on results despite changing priorities.
  • Dynamic leader who understands what it means to be inspiring, enthusiastic, strategic, and supportive to their team.
  • Passionate about people and profitability.
  • The successful candidate must live in Wichita, KS or the surrounding area and work daily in an office setting. This is not a remote position.

Compensation:
$100 – 110K annual salary DOE
