Job Overview:
Prohibition is seeking a dedicated and reliable Security Officer to join our team. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our guests and staff. Your role will involve monitoring premises, preventing theft, and ensuring the overall security of the establishment, and maintaining a professional appearance.

Responsibilities:
- Patrol assigned areas on foot or by vehicle to ensure the safety and security of the premises
- Monitor surveillance cameras and alarm systems
- Respond to alarms and investigate disturbances
- Provide assistance to guests and staff as needed
- Enforce property rules and regulations
- Report any suspicious activities or incidents to management
- Complete detailed incident reports as necessary
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times

Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact effectively with guests and staff
- Knowledge of Toast POS or similar restaurant point-of-sale systems is a plus
- Ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally
- Familiarity with hospitality or hotel industry preferred
- Strong attention to detail and observation skills
