ProHealth Wellness Group is Hiring a Mental Health Community Mentor Near Las Vegas, NV

YOU MUST LIVE IN THE LAS VEGAS, N LAS VEGAS, OR HENDERSON AREA.
Pro-Health Wellness Group (PWG) is an outpatient mental health group looking for a Psychosocial Rehabilitation Provider whose responsibility will include providing services to the clients approved into the psycho-social rehab program. The scope of services provided by this position utilizes a broad array of intervention techniques required to effectively address client needs.
The PSR program may include the following: behavior management, social competency, problem identification and resolution, effective communication, self-sufficiency, and life goals. The provider may use intervention techniques including behavioral management, crisis management, social connection, and resource support. You can have flexible hours and make a difference in many lives.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's and/or Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, Counseling, Special Education, and Child Development.
Will consider an associate's degree in Human Services related field with a minimum of 4 years of related experience.
Must be able to provide proof of current CPR.
Must be able to provide proof of current TB test (if requested).
Must be able to provide a background check ($20.00 ).
Must have official transcripts (emailed or opened copy is acceptable).
Must have a current resume.
Must be willing to complete 16 hours of provider training.
Must be willing to commit 6 months to contracted employment.
Must be able to attend supervision and training when scheduled - MANDATORY.
Must have great customer service, written and oral (communication) skills, and passion for the mental health field.
Must have a means of transportation and work in the field, community, and client's homes.
Must have active car insurance and registration.
