Title: Medical Scribe for Rheumatology and Internal Medicine Provider
Requirements:
- Entering documentation of the patient's medical history and physical exam, lab tests, procedures, prescriptions, diagnostics into the EMR as directed by the provider.
- Locate information for review (i.e., previous notes, reports, test results, and laboratory)
- Knowledgeable and proficient in medical terminology.
- Ability to work well independently.
- Maintain 98% accuracy.
- Complete dictations within turnaround time.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum 1-2 years' experience
