We are currently looking for a motivated sales representative to market our products and services to prospective independent and franchise automobile dealers. The ideal candidate will be a motivated self-starter who will drive new business, manage existing accounts, and build a territory. We offer training, cutting-edge sales tools and innovative technology that will contribute to your success. This opportunity offers solid earning potential, including a starting base salary, semi-monthly paid commission and monthly expense allowance.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Establish sales strategies to increase territory revenue through new account development
  • Develop and nurture relationships with new and existing dealer accounts in designated territory
  • Utilize sales process to uncover customer needs and perform presentations illustrating the benefits of vehicle protection products to dealers and customers
  • Employ effective negotiation skills to close sales and secure new business
  • Perform daily territory management and revenue growth through visits and calls to customer sites
  • Meet or exceed established monthly sales targets, new account acquisition, and retention goals
  • Complete account status reporting requirements accurately and in a timely manner
  • Follow up on dealer commitments/contracts to ensure 100% satisfaction

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 1-2 years of outside sales experience
  • Consultative sales skills based on ability to build and sustain relationships
  • Self-motivated and comfortable establishing new business
  • Well-organized, with the ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Strong sales skills building and sustaining relationships
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office including: Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Displays professionalism and exceptional customer service skills

All qualified candidates must have a valid driver’s license, a good driving record and a reliable vehicle as daily travel within the territory will be required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
