Traffic Coating Installer
Progressive Roofing is hiring for a Traffic Coating Installer Lead for our Phoenix, Arizona service team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in installing traffic coatings (3-5 years).
This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects while collaborating with a talented team of professionals.
Responsibilities :
- Install traffic coatings on various surfaces, including concrete and plywood, according to project specifications and industry standards.
- Prepare surfaces for coating application by cleaning, repairing, and leveling as necessary.
- Perform quality inspections to verify coating thickness, adhesion, and finish quality, making adjustments as needed.
- Work collaboratively with project managers, supervisors, and other team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean and organized manner, adhering to safety protocols and regulations.
Ideal Requirements :
- Previous experience in traffic coating installation.
- Knowledge of materials, application techniques, and surface preparation methods.
- Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor in various weather conditions.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
