Attentive Home Health is a growing home care agency in need of a RN Staff Development Coordinator.

Full Time RN Field Supervisor/Educator
Education and experience:
· Registered Nurse with current licensure
· Graduate of an accredited school.
· Two years of management or supervisory experience in a health care setting, preferably home care.
· Complies with accepted professional standards and practice.
· Understands Federal and State Home Health Regulations.
· Demonstrates knowledge of OASIS E and computer proficiency.
· Displays excellent observation, physical assessment, and critical thinking, as well as verbal, and written communication skills.
Responsibilities include:
· Plan, implement staff orientation and continuing education programs in a classroom and field setting; implement in-services based on organizational need.
· Provide support/guidance to new or incumbent field nurses.
· Provide field supervision of clinical staff.
· Collaborate with DON
· Participate in Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI), Professional Advisory Committee (PAC) and Utilization Review.
· Evaluate cases of new or incumbent field nurses, reviewing services provided; performs case conference, record review, and verifies impressions of visit findings and documentation; instructs and guides clinicians to promote safe delivery of quality home care services; and is available during operating hours to assist clinicians, as appropriate.
· Must be a licensed driver with an insured reliable automobile. MUST BE ABLE TO COMMUTE TO ATTENTIVES SERVICE AREAS.
· Complete, maintain, and submit reports of clinicians’ field performance during orientation, the probationary period, annually, and as needed.
· Attend and assist in case conference meetings with clinical personnel, as needed.
· Assist in the formulation, revision, implementation, and evaluation of policies and procedures, as well as organizational strategic goals and objectives.
· Maintain professional standards and principles.
· Promote customer service orientation to agency personnel.
· Participate in day-to-day delivery of patient care and coordination of services.
· Visit productivity will vary based on operational needs.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and EMR.
· Perform other duties and activities as assigned.
