Have you worked in the Long-Term Care industry in Ohio for more than 5 years and are newly licensed as a Nursing Home Administrator? Are you a self-starter with a passion for long term care? Potential candidates must have a bachelor’s degree and hold a current Ohio Nursing Home Administrator’s license. We need administrators with the knowledge and skill set to know what it takes to lead a building to success. Must be knowledgeable of current state and federal nursing home regulations, good financial management awareness, and outstanding leadership qualities. The ideal candidate will have a high desire to make a difference in the lives of others, have outstanding customer service standards, and a passion to serve the elder population.
