Job Description
- Data entry; must learn company standard abbreviations and codes
*Main function is to research and respond to all of web-based E-Oscar consumer disputes
- Data research and multitasking; must be able to read client notes, maneuver through multiple working screen and vendor portal
- Process incoming mail, email and/or faxes by documenting and imaging in our database.
- Meet and maintain performance standards and monthly goals.
- Attend all training classes (must pass all training tests given)
- Self-motivated and results-oriented
- Other duties as assigned
High School diploma or equivalent.1 year of clerical and/or data entry experience.
Proficient in standard computer applications i.e. Word processing and Excel
Skills/Abilities: Ability to adapt to fast paced, dynamic environmentProficient typing ability.Well organized and detail oriented.Able to use standard office machines. Excellent grammar, spelling and writing skillsType 45wpm accuratelyAbility to proofread and correct documentsWage range Offered: $17.00 per hour• Training will be compensated at wage offered
