Progressive Eyecare Optique is a busy upscale medical eyecare practice in Collegeville, PA. We are seeking additional members to join our team. We are looking for professionals who understand business and working with luxury eyewear and quality products and able to work with patients looking for a different experience than retail. We are a fun but busy office, must be professional, hard working and able to work as a team.

Optical Sales Associate

- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide product recommendations
- Maintain a clean and organized optical to create an inviting shopping environment
- Assist patients/customers with product inquiries, pricing, and availability
- Process orders accurately and efficiently
- Build and maintain relationships with patients/customers
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends

Experience:

- Previous experience in sales and some kind of eye care experence preferred
- Knowledge of medical coding, HIPAA regulations, and medical terminology is a plus
- Familiarity with pediatrics, senior care, ophthalmology, or other medical specialties is beneficial
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and the ability to handle customer concerns effectively
